8 November marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the Firenze Race Team, with the welcoming of new members.

This first meeting was not just a formal presentation, but an immersion into the beating heart of the team, an opportunity to share the philosophy and values that animate it. Being part of this team means more than just working on a car. It means embracing a spirit of deep collaboration, where each member is a cog in a complex, high-performance mechanism, underlining the crucial importance of teamwork: no one achieves great results alone.

We gave a glimpse of what the competition structure means: a complex system that embraces the preparation, execution and analysis of every competition. This system requires millimetric precision, impeccable coordination and a deep understanding of every single detail. We also presented the ‘behind the scenes’ of our work, revealing the constant and meticulous commitment behind the construction and maintenance of our cars.

With pride, the results obtained in the year 23-24 were shared, concrete evidence of our commitment, our ability to innovate and our constant determination to achieve excellence.
