Once again this year, on October 31st, we held our annual Welcome Day for new members. Our team continues to grow, a fact that fills us with both pride and enthusiasm. The meeting was far more than a mere technical orientation; it was a true immersion into the essence of our team culture. We are a group united by deep passion, a strong spirit of collaboration, and a collective drive to achieve ever-greater milestones.

A primary focus of the session was our upcoming competitions. We emphasized that rigorous preparation and unwavering commitment are the essential foundations for both qualifying for and succeeding in these events. We also took the opportunity to proudly share the results achieved during the 2024-25 season—successes made possible by the dedication and resolve of every single team member.
